First of all, I still used the old CD/radio clock from the 80s. But I wanted something with Bluetooth and digital tuning. Two alarms are a plus. This radio also has a USB port for a phone charger and wireless charging for new phones. It's easy to set up and use. I like the dimmable display, 4 levels plus OFF. Bluetooth works well and the tuner is easy to use and program. I'm happy with the wireless charging, but the phone has to be near perfect or it won't charge. Sometimes cats stumble over him at night. What I don't like is the alarm clock. It starts out soft and gradually gets terribly loud over 10 seconds. In addition, the volume control is digital and too loud for me at the lowest level. I would like it to be a little quieter and the volume of the alarm clock is even and not increasing. Maybe there is a setting for that. I won't decline because it's really a personal preference and not a big mistake. To the right. it will not change. But please read all of this before purchasing. First, the volume of the alarm clock is disgusting! It starts out soft and gradually builds up to maximum volume. The sound quality is good, the volume is deafening. It should be possible to have a fixed volume, not a progressive one. Second, the lowest volume is still too loud to fall asleep. It would be nice to halve that. Third, the alarm's on/off buttons are too easy to accidentally press, so the alarm only turns off if you wake up an hour late. Fourth, the FM tuning is prickly. I live 20 miles from Chicago. This should have a crystal clear setting. very disappointing for me. Fifth, when I charged my phone both wirelessly and with a USB cable multiple times during the night, the radio 'frozen'. There's a computer in there, and it breaks like any other. A. Don't expect the alarm to go off at this point. Disconnect and reconnect to reset. Sixth - no waking up via bluetooth. sucks. Seventh - the return policy is only 1 MONTH. Learn to love it fast or send it back before it's too late. Eighth - How do you contact the company? I couldn't find any information about the company and I'm disappointed that I can't express my disappointment to them directly. it is wireless. Tithing is actually a bonus. It has become the most stylish and expensive paperweight I have. I was thinking of just using it as a radio in the kitchen or office, but Google Home devices are fine for that.
