Review on 🌿 Sensitive Skin Solution: All Powder Laundry Detergent, Free & Clear, 52 oz, 40 Loads by Lisa Holland

I bought this detergent for a number of reasons. First, in an attempt to eliminate at least some of the plastic that enters our home, I decided to ditch liquid laundry detergent. I tried one of the eco-friendly detergents that come in sheet form, but it just didn't dissolve well in the cold water I usually use (I found detergent residue stuck to the washing machine drum). Second, my 4 year old granddaughter suffers from horrible eczema which makes her skin very dry and itchy. I felt like my choice of detergent wasn't helpful, so I decided to go back to old school and revisit the packaged detergent powder from my much younger days. I chose everything in the hope that it would actually work "for sensitive skin" - and lo and behold, I think it makes a difference! We're seeing clearer skin on our little one and she's stopped complaining that her clothes bother her. I use it as directed (i.e. not too often) along with OxiClean Dark Protect to preserve color and rinse a second time to ensure all detergent is fully washed out. The laundry is noticeably cleaner than with eco-detergents, odorless and soft. I am very happy. So it's a win for both reasons: no more plastic bottles and nice, clean clothes. Bonus: The price per download is so cheap.
