First time using this product. It works just like "regular" filament and comes in a small glass container. The order also includes a second spool of dental floss. One of the reasons I chose this item was the fact that it's not just another piece of plastic that can be thrown away or recycled. The small glass container can also be used for other items. The outer packaging is a small box that goes straight into my wood stove with all my other paper products. The thread itself is very similar to the other thread and works great. I recommend this product to anyone who is interested in reducing their use of plastic and prefers more natural products.
