Great easy to use tool that gets everyone involved in repairs

I like how easily everything is setup, all fields are well marked out for quick entry! Not much dislikes but nothing really - would be nice if they added an option where customers could receive notifications when their repair request was checked into by someone else or changed status (accepted/rejected). Having this feature will help me stay organized as there isn't always one person checking requests at any given moment; therefore having my own notification helps give myself peace knowing its being taken care off without delay which then allows other tasks within office flow easier too because we dont have multiple people waiting around for check ins etc.. I love how simple this software is, my team loves using all its features! This program makes managing inventory very convenient for us as we have multiple locations which are spread out around California!! There isn't anything i dislike about fixable at least not yet. If there were any issues or something they would be addressed immediately by their support staff who do an amazing job keeping me informed every step along way. !
