I went to youtube and got the job done. One trick is that the side rails are not connected to the center piece and you have to slide small pieces of rubber through the small holes. I did this after putting them in the hole in the door because it was so much easier. But when I tried to push the Lunch connectors through, they just wouldn't go through. So here's what I did and it worked like a charm. I completely removed the rubber connectors and sprayed them with silicone grease and then pressed them in with an awl. This is done after the controller frame has been attached to the door frame with all the screws. Hope this helps someone as it turned out to be my biggest problem. Otherwise it was much easier than I expected.
