I liked it, on some airlines it didn't fit under the seats, as the airlines said, so it sticks out a lot and needs to be flattened a bit. I've had mine for about six months now, maybe? I only had to throw one out because a wire was sticking out in the tunnel. The cats loved to play with them. You will be pressed to the ground most of the time. You don't sit on another suitcase because it's too weak. The bottom of the box doesn't hold up, it jumps out immediately and the cat inside is upside down. We finally got ours together. They come with variations, they are not all the same (plastic zipper vs. metal zipper, small difference in size).
