As someone who has very weak grip strength these have helped me significantly. Its hard to get stronger when you are unable to carry heavy weight for long so that’s why I bought these. They have helped me carry heavier weights and get stronger. The straps can get a bit uncomfortable if you wrap them too tight but other than that they work great.
