I'm changing my rating because of the company and their support. They clearly stand behind their product and want to make their customers happy. They do their best to make sure customers are happy. ___________ I had this product for about 2 weeks and today it stopped working. At first I thought the volume was low and I couldn't hear very well at speeds over 50 mph, but that was because the speakers weren't properly aligned with my ears. I took care of this issue and today driving to work the audio sounded pretty good except I was only hearing audio from my left ear. I shook the cable a little, after which the sound could be heard in both ears, which made me very happy. When I left work and tried to turn on the device, it wouldn't turn on. I thought the battery was dead even though it was almost fully charged when I left in the morning. When I got home I plugged it into the charger and nothing happened. There's no indication that it's charging and still won't turn on. I let it charge for a few hours but still nothing. I was really hoping this would work but looks like I'm going to send it back.
