Review on Experience Deep Meditation With Mindplace Kasina DeepVision Bundle Light & Sound System by Ashley Leatham

The Kasina MindPlace unit is awesome, as is the customer service. This review is mostly about the support I recently received. After having my unit for a few months, the selection button started to stick and not work properly. I emailed the customer service link and after getting an automated reply, I received a human reply from Andy shortly after. He had me run though several troubleshooting tasks to see if we could get things working again. After none of them worked, he offered to replace the unit since it was still under warranty. He checked in every step of the way. The entire process took about a week or so. After my new unit arrived, he sent a label to send back the troublesome unit so they could figure out what happened with it. This service was top-notch. So many times, a call or email will go out to a customer service department only to drop into the black hole. Once they have your money, they don’t care. It’s not that way at MindPlace! Amazing! As for the device, it’s super cool. The multitude of programs available is great. Plus, you can find more available on SoundCloud. There’s also software available to edit and create your own, but I haven’t figure it out yet. I find no real need since there’s such a large amount available. I also bought the DeepVision Bundle with Ganzframes. It allows the unit to be used with the eyes open. A couple of the programs got me so relaxed and deep into it, I was seeing fractals. It’s neat. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and pick up this unit. You will not be disappointed.
