Arrived quickly, put in reserve Inevitability to use. That day has come and has come today. I opened the box and was surprised by the big red warning! Assembly required. Okay, I pulled out the tools that came with it as instructed. I used an extractor to remove the "chip" from an HP toner cartridge. Now the trouble starts. The chip is not properly installed in the replacement cartridge. Finally I thought I was right. Trying to insert the printer only to have the chip fly to the floor. That's all. Went to Staples and bought a new set of HP cartridges. $400, well. At least they got right into the tray and started printing right away.
