Perfect replacement for my Lazboy swivel chair/lounger. The only difficulty was rotating the top plate so I could access the screws to screw it to the base (as mentioned the bearing is tight, especially on the first turn). After that, the installation was very easy and the holes matched perfectly. I would recommend this hard swivel chair for lasboys because the chair is quite heavy and the very light bearing can really make the chair swivel at the slightest touch and keep spinning for a while. This bearing is similar to the original in terms of smoothness.
