Cannot be charged according to instructions

They are easy to put in small packages, but absorb very quickly and become transparent. I followed their instructions and put them in the microwave to charge. Well, plastic bags started to warp and melt after 2-3 minutes in the microwave on low power, but they were still transparent. Eventually I have to cut the plastic wrap, pop those tiny balls and try again. Yes, they turned blue again along with the instructions. I just put them in a small ziplock bag with very small holes for later use.
