Good product, long wait for tech support.
We bought this to use for site to site VPN as it seemed like the best value for money. The initial setup gave us some trouble as we couldn't connect to the internet, but after that everything went smoothly, setting up the VPN using a guide found online. We tried to contact tech support for 45 minutes but after a while we just gave up and figured it out on our own.
