Great mini wok for cooking for 1-2 people. Detailed assessment.

What a handy frying pan this Lodge Mini Wok is! As I cook for two I wanted a small cast iron wok. I use this Mini Wok for the following things: diced carrots and chopped spinach). What I do is heat the wok up, then turn it to medium/high, then add extra virgin oil and brush the whole wok with it. Then I fry the vegetables. Then I add it to my healthy egg white omelet. Delicious. 2) A small portion of fried vegetables for two people. This pan holds 2 small portions of vegetables. 3) beans. So I put roasted vegetables in a jar with washed and drained beans. I cook them carefully because they fill the wok. But it can be done. 4) scrambled eggs. I whip 3 egg whites mixed with turmeric powder and nutritional yeast. This gives the eggs a beautiful color and great flavor. 5) I seasoned the pan by heating it over high heat for 2 minutes. Then I drink 1 heaping tablespoon of solid coconut oil and let it smoke. I then turned off the pan and wiped the pan down with a paper towel. The result is a non-stick pan! Now it's as easy to clean as Teflon! Also, I wash the pan in hot water (no soap) and after drying it, I wipe it down with olive oil on a paper towel so it doesn't stick. Advice. Turn off the heat after about 3/4 of the cooking time. The heat remaining in this wok will cook the dish to perfection.
