Review on Walker 16384 Direct Catalytic Converter by Sam Bell

This is the primary catalytic converter which is located on the exhaust manifold. On most models, the post-catalyst is located in the middle of the exhaust system. It was the perfect fit for my 2002 Camry. Removal and installation took me about 2.5 hours. I would give 5 stars if I could use the OEM heat shields. It has its own heat shield, which is fine, but I don't find it as functional as the original. After installation you will notice smoke in the engine compartment, this is a short-lived burning of oil from the catalytic converter. I will update later.
