My old faucet is not good enough to wash greasy dishes easily, I think a replacement will do better. This is not restaurant pressure flow, it all depends on your building/apartment specification. but it's great for a better flush. The instructions in the box show that two washers (black and white) need to be installed prior to assembly, but they only came with a very thin black washer. The white washer appears to be a deeper internal piece that holds the articulating knee (ball piece) in place, so this may be a later version of the original product. Regardless, it works fine with the thin black washer inserted and installed.
