First, I want to say that I think these are really nice, quality halo extensions. The color matches perfectly. The photo I attached was the very first time I tried them on. I bought the 12 inch, and was very happy with them. I just keep running into an issue I don’t know how to resolve. The halo slips down behind my ears all day long and I’m constantly having to adjust it. If I tighten it in the back, then it sticks out on the sides by my ears. That’s the only reason I gave it three stars. If anyone knows a way to resolve this, please let me know because I really do like the product. I just don’t like spending all day adjusting it and hoping it doesn’t fall off when the wind blows.UPDATE- changing my review from 3 stars to 4 based on the fantastic customer service I have received. They reached out to me after seeing my three star review and sent me a replacement product. Again I was very happy with the product but it just doesn’t seem to fit my head correctly. They were very eager to help me and I really appreciate that. I encourage you to try the product because I really loved it, it just didn’t adjust to the size of my head for some reason.
