Great bag. I've had it for over a year now and it has never let me down. I like the lock feature. THAT JUST DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I was a bit heartbroken when the combination I had entered stopped working. Luckily the bag wasn't locked yet. I was about to come to terms with the fact that it's now just a cooler with a broken lock, but I came back to this site in search of answers. I tried the unlock combination as stated. It seemed easy enough, but it didn't work. I kept trying and when I found these little gaps I realized you have to line them all up the same way according to the notches on the lock. If it's turned off slightly, it won't reset. After that everything worked! Now my back is back to normal and everything is fine again. I would recommend trying the original reset if needed.
