Review on ๐Ÿงน A10 Hero Lightweight Cordless Vacuum - Authorized Retailer by Daniel Delgado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm an absolute hustle and I LOVE this vacuum!

I'm a person who uses something and asks, "WHO developed this? It replaces an old ($700) Dyson that has finally fallen into disrepair. Now I live in a tiny place (exaggerated of course) and have my eye on Dyson vacuums. After reading negative reviews I started looking for other brands. It had good reviews so I did more research before buying. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I have it. When I saw how it was packaged I immediately thought how thoughtful the packaging is, let's see if this item is ok. It assembles in seconds and really weighs less than expected. And it's beautiful. I gave it 3 hours to charge it according to the instructions (the only guide I've read so far, by the way). When it's charging, lights will glow and flash to let you know it's charging. They all turn off when fully charged. The first full charge took less than 3 recommended hours. This powerful little vacuum cleaner does all the vacuuming work. All the weight is in your hands and they are easy to manoeuvre. You can pull the trigger for short beeps or flip the clip that holds it. (You can use the clip just as a switch - a sign of good technique.) The power head pivots and slides easily under furniture with minimal clearance. The normal suction level sucks everything up effortlessly, while the MAX power level is impressive. I haven't fully discharged the battery yet, so I can't say how long it will last without recharging. I have allergies and asthma so filtration was a major deciding factor in choosing this unit and again it didn't help. disappoint. The dust emission during use is ZERO (even when I picked up dropped baby powder) and the dust container is easy to empty. It disassembles completely for easy cleaning, and I literally rinse every part of the canister and filters daily after use. HEPA is also readily available and easy to clean. If you wash your filters regularly, I recommend wrapping the small filter in a towel after washing and wringing it out a bit to remove excess water before letting it air dry. Mine dries overnight when I do this. Being able to keep the vacuum clean yourself is important for respiratory health, which is why I like this feature. It's like having a new vacuum cleaner every day. The attachments are easy to attach and detach and are all well designed for real life use. The attachment for the small power head has a pivoting shroud that provides good contact when pushing and pulling across a surface. The small brush head has a button that opens the pad/lint/lint attachment hidden under the brush cover. The carpet head has a small exposed screw that allows the roller to be removed for easy cleaning (I have long hair so this is an important feature for me) and also allows you to wipe down the inside. EVERYTHING is designed so you can't misassemble anything (you gotta love those engineers!). The small parking lot is cute and fairly efficient, although it does have a few downsides. 1- It doesn't have a mini brush dock (I keep mine on the hub head - see photo). 2- Width increases from a compact 6 inches (alone) to 13.25 inches with the floor nozzle installed. For a typical living space, this shouldn't be a big deal, but I have 2 closets that are each 4' x 2', so I don't have room for them. A wall mount would be nice and I will find a way to do it but now look at the photo of how I keep it. In general, no complaints about violations of the terms of the transaction. I keep and love it. My only concessions: 1- No wall mount. 2- There is no charger that the device is inserted into. (The charging cable must be connected manually.) 3- The charger and its cable must be white (not only to match the device, but above all to match the wall. As a professional wrangler, I will spray paint and put it on soon there is.) And 3- I want the ventilation to go straight up, not the sides. When I use the manual at face level, the air blows right in my face. Luckily the air is cool and the filtration is great so it doesn't trigger an asthma attack. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful little vacuum and the BRAVO engineers for a job well done!
