Great: sturdy, quick angle change, cost effective, comfortable
Nice surface that has some give. Good amount of firm cushion. Steady legs and feet. However, not perfect but great for the cost.The long back portion will tilt over on an inclined position if you don't put a weight on the seat. I was doing lumbar hip extension leg lifts with my chest on the incline. But even then it worked well.
