My pup is everywhere so I bought this collar to keep him under control. We train with it and sometimes use it while walking. It's been a while but I really see the result - he's not disappearing into the fog anymore and I'm very grateful because I was so scared that one day he might jump right in front of the car or something. We still don't let him off the leash when potential dangers are around. But back to the collar :), the collar itself is good and high quality. The rope has never caused any problems, it is strong and practically does not break. The hardware holds up too.
