WE ARE BACK! Unable to format SD card or get vendor information to ask a question.

A very short and uninformative manual repeatedly tells you to format the SD but never tells you how to do it. I was hoping this would be the answer to my video needs, but I can't even format the SD! I pressed "Ask a question" mode and was NOT redirected to a place to contact the seller but to AMAZON CHAT. After an hour of useless chatting, a brilliant support rep emailed me back via a ask a question link that took me straight to the Revain chat link. Returned because I can't even ask the seller a question because Revane doesn't tell me how to ask a question.
