Eliminates the need for extra equipment and cables! I needed a yogurt maker that would allow me to make a large batch of yogurt in a jar and send it straight to the fridge or freezer without cleaning. So this was a real find! The icing on the cake was that once the jug and hot water is in this kettle the electricity is no longer needed so there is no cord and I can put it anywhere without having to be near an outlet and the point is that it is off the grid. Also, the cable does not interfere with storing the kettle, it is very compact and space-saving (perfect for small homes, RVs, camping and anywhere space is limited). Simplicity is indeed a great thing, and that is the essence of simplicity! I love that my yogurt is made without plastic or toxic leaching agents. Only stainless steel and glass! It also looks beautiful. Love my new compact, easy to use, easy to store, completely non-toxic, non-electric and battery-free, always-on, low-maintenance, simple and reliable little yogurt maker! And I can use it for other things too. I can put beans, rice, or other food in a jar and slowly cook it like tourists do, using a thermos for personalized meals to wait for me when I get home from a busy day, or put them in the place freezer. another time (glasses can be kept in the freezer!). Very happy with this stainless steel yoghurt maker! It's just PERFECT! I enjoy making lots of easy healthy nut, seed and grain milk yogurts.
