Product is great when it works

I bought this switch a few months ago and within a week it started switching devices randomly. I received a replacement switch and it worked as expected. I assumed the first was probably just a defective device. Fast forward a few months to today and I ran into the same problem: erratic device switching. As I said in the title, the product is great when it works, but I can't get it to work for long periods of time.
