A part was defective in the vacuum tees
The part was defective. Installed the part and didn't fix the problem so I moved on to the possible next issues that could be causing the check engine light not to come on. After all that I gave up and sent it to a mechanic. He went through everything I was doing and finally suggested that the new part I had installed was defective. He installed a better part for $30 more and that fixed it, mind you, only the part cost $30 more, this doesn't include his labor and the cost of my time. Do not buy. And when it was all done, I couldn't get the part back
