Review on SWITCHDOCTOR Window Master Switch 2004 2008 by Mark Bearden

The switch looks good but right out of the box I noticed the window lock button to unlock was stuck. When I plugged it in to see if it would move with the current flowing through it, it didn't get stuck in unlocked mode, preventing me from switching it to locked. When I tried to see if the windows would open and close, they did, but as soon as I plugged in this new master switch, all my other switches stopped working. Not sure if it was due to a stuck window latch knob. disabled my other window switches and came up with a stuck window lock button. Photos have been added to show what it looks like right out of the box. Reset my old one and everything will be back to normal. ***Update** After asking for a replacement, it popped up the next day with a paper asking if there were any issues with my items that I should report directly to Switch Doctor and another Paragraph about the offer for evaluation. I connected the spare switch and now everything works. Maybe 1 in 1,000 was defective, but as long as there weren't any issues with a replacement or refund I'm fine."
