Be sure to go up a size if your 2 measurements mean you're between sizes. I'm glad I did because one size smaller would never fit. When I put them on for the first time I thought maybe they were too small. I almost came back but tried them a second time and the fit is more comfortable. They feel great because they're so thin and designed to give you full stretch. I've always hated elbow pads because they're too restrictive. Worth the money to have the extra freedom there. It was 90 and I feel like they handle moisture very well.
