its elastic cord, it's hard to be bad.
I can't say anything bad about the rubber cord. a little goes a long way though. I use them for shoelaces, wish I'd gone a lighter color but oh well. I ended up using about 18 inches more than I needed since using the first lace as a base. It reflects fairly well, I wanted something that would help brighten my shoes as they didn't have reflectors.
