I seem to have a soft spot for vacuum cleaners. I have like 3 different ones. This one was very unique and very different from all my others. This vacuum cleaner can also be used as a floor mop! This is a pretty handy feature. My house is carpeted so this vacuum cleaner is a great purchase. I can easily switch from vacuuming to mopping. The compartment that houses the quad tank is easily accessible and easy to swap out. I use hot water to try and maximize cleaning. We just remodeled our bathroom and chose polished floor tiles. It's beautiful, but I was concerned about what I might use to tidy it up without getting on my hands and knees. This vacuum cleaner is the perfect solution. The brush head is soft enough not to scratch the tiles but strong enough to clean everything on the floor. I didn't get a chance to sit down and read the full manual as I know this vacuum may have features that I'm not even aware of. As long as I like it I set up the base station so that after use I just put it back on and it charges. This is my favorite vacuum cleaner in the house!
