Not suitable for large pots/pans
I was looking forward to using this product. I have just received it. When I unpacked it I found that it wouldn't fit in most of my pots/pans. handle problem. It's slightly tilted up, above the surface of the device. This way large pots will be raised and not flush with the ceramic surface. You can see in the attached photo that there is a gap between the top of the unit and the bottom of my 12" pan. Had this pin been in a horizontal or down position it would have worked for me.
