Used shoes new rating

Shoes arrived broken. Attempted return but "worn shoes will not be returned" although I have never worn the shoes they came in this form. The soles of the boots were shattered except for the mark of a heel. I wouldn't spend money on them. Cleanliness and customer service are clearly not top priorities here.
