Includes everything you need to get started except an air compressor. Follow the instructions which give a very detailed overview of the plasma cutter, what it can do, what it cannot do and how to get it to do what you want. It was mentioned how to connect the air. Eventually I found out, but it would be nice if this topic was mentioned. The machine works very well and depending on how much power and air you give it it can cut sheets up to 8mm thick - amazing! This is simply to set how many amps you want to use at any given time using the knob on the front of the plasma cutter. The max is 40 amps, but I've found that even 20 amps is enough for everything I've enjoyed doing so far. Beginners like me will feel right at home with well thought out gear at an affordable price. Very happy with this tailor!
