Review on Internal Audio Card Creative Audigy Rx by Wiktor Borowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

As hardware sound is no longer supported by Windows, I will not be covering it in this article. Soft effects have become ubiquitous in video games to the point that EAX support is obsolete. The card is fine overall; I remember installing the drivers but then forgetting that no ates are needed for years. Hired Experts: I'm reviewing this product 5 years after making my initial purchase. After trying it out on Windows 7, I upgraded to Windows 10 and found that it performed just as well on both operating systems. I played dozens of games on it without any issues, and the sound quality held up throughout. Thanks to your strategic placement, every footstep and gunshot can be heard in shooters. The sound quality is not in dispute however; it plays crisply and loudly without highlighting any particular frequency range. Since 2022, I've been listening to Creative's audio products, and after using the Audigy LS, Audigy 2, and Audigy 4, I can't tell the difference between the Rx and the other two. The lack of a PCI slot on the new motherboard prompted the switch to this card. The speakers (a Microlab Solo-1 and an SVEN Stream) do a good job of pumping the sound. Installing simply the drivers and the Creative Audio Console (for instance, from the Audigy Support Pack) is sufficient for just music and games; the other applications are unnecessary. It doesn't get hot or use any extra juice when in use. Ill effects: Windows occasionally rolls back the bass and treble controls to their default settings. Likely to be pricey. There is no housing or backlight! 1 (joke)) who could possibly need either of those things?
