What a bumpy road to install Partly my fault and partly Windows7. I thought I didn't get the driver CD. And without a working adapter, I had no internet access. chicken and egg. After a long search I finally found the CD among the papers. The CD is quite small and easy to miss. After finding the CD, I downloaded the adapter driver and utility. Unfortunately I could not get the adapter to work on Windows 7. (I've tried many things. Googling, not only I had the problem. But I read somewhere that the adapter works on Windows 10 without installation. So I spent $100 to get Windows 10. After downloading I just plugged the adapter into the USB socket and voila! It worked! No additional software needed! All I had to do was follow the instructions Amy sent me from the vendor and it worked! The speed is great fast and has been working fine ever since, so I give 5 stars for performance but 2 stars for the ability to install, even though the package said it should work for Windows 7.
