I got a second generation iPad mini in December and wanted something that could give it some protection but it didn't really make the iPad any bigger. I went to the Apple Store and everything was $30 and up. Revain cases were roughly in the same price range until I came across this case. I figured I could get something really cheap for a much lower price or maybe it wouldn't match the new Mini, but for the price I figured I'd give it a try. First let me mention that even though the item name starts with 'leather', this is faux leather, not real leather. Still, it feels great. The case is a nice dark brown color, it feels quite soft and the best thing is that it fits my mini snugly. The case fits perfectly. It's tight enough that you don't have to worry about the mini falling out of the case, but not so tight that it's difficult to slip the mini into the case. The case does not increase the volume of the Mini, so it easily fits into small compartments. It doesn't give you bulletproof protection, but it does protect the Mini from scratches from anything you might put in your pocket. I recommend it.
