My experience started with 5 stars but it has bitten the dust (literally?) in less than 4 months. It's a great price so my expectations weren't high. I used to have a vacuum cleaner when I lived in a house, but now that I live in an apartment with mostly wooden floors I wanted something compact, light and versatile. That fit the bill and then the brush rotator stopped spinning (spinning at an incredibly low speed for the first 10 seconds and then stopping entirely). It still sucks (hehe, see what I did there?), but without the help of a spinning brush (and for my troubleshooting colleagues, I kept that brush clean and emptied the canister with every use), it's practically useless. on the carpet in my living room, but it still sucks up the dust from the hardwood floor (I wanted an all-in-one to save space in my small space). /exchange to fix this (it's been 3 months now) I'm dropping you hoping to find someone more interested and attentive to details. You wooed me and made me happy for the first few months together, but now I see you for who you really are.
