Works as expected but can catch on the plastic end
this is a perfectly fine soft collar, except that the ring can get hung up on the large plastic end cap, which means that the collar does not get tight when you pull, defeating the purpose. I can imagine a dog pulling out of it easily if that happened at the wrong time. If you're careful or have another sort of hold on your dog, it should be fine.
