Terrible customer service.
Getting Started. The pillowcase is about 8 months old. He started pulling at 4 months and would not stop. I have pillowcases that are 10 years old and don't stretch as much as this one. I don't know which is worse, the quality or the customer service response: "This is normal due to the type of fabric they are made of. You can remove pilling and this should not be continued until the material is hooked.” Of course I will remove all pills, just give me about 2 months. I'll look for another case.
