I would give 0 stars if I could it's rubbish. I have now bought 2 SportDog products and both have been huge disappointments, especially for the price. Reaches no more than 10-15 feet and certainly won't work with stubborn dogs. My girlfriend barely responds on the highest settings, steps back a few feet and keeps doing what she was doing because after a few hits she realized it was a short range. I had to see if it was a collar or just a strong dog, so I put it on my weak boy. He hardly reacts to it, so it's a collar. I bought it used, like new; It didn't even come with a charging adapter so I had to contact Revain. I got a 10% refund, which just covered the manufacturer's charging adapter and shipping costs. Of course, the adapter was out of stock for about a month, so I didn't even have more than a month to try the collar on. I should have just returned it when I saw an adapter was missing. I'm thinking about returning it for a full refund or I'll sell it to some idiot on eBay.
