First impression was wrong
They worked better than I thought. At first I looked at them and thought they were just plastic and shouldn't be cut or cleaned. Looks deceptive, it turned out to be a lot easier to clean than my metal knife which I have used for many years and really like. The only thing is that my hand hurts after a while, which with this potato peeler doesn't hurt my hand after peeling potatoes. They make a great housewarming gift for someone or yourself.
