Review on Banglijian Rechargeable Ziv-201 Hearing Aid: Digital Noise Reduction, Feedback Cancellation – Small Size (2 Units) by Keith Wachtel

I wrote my first review July 2018, it is now January 29, 2019. I still love my ZIV-201. Those of you who have been unhappy with your amp, should definitely speak/talk/email with Banglijian's Customer Service. I've personally, many others also, had the best of outcomes with them. Unit CAN be returned, traded, swapped out, whatever YOU THE CUSTOMER NEEDS. Banglijian is customer oriented above all else. except, of course, trying to supply the best product for the least $$$. It takes patience to wear and adjust to something in one's ear! And it takes patience and a good attitude to wear a hearing amplifier. Mistakenly wore mine in the shower last week, let out a shriek as I was washing my hair! Tossed it out the door and later, used the hair dryer on it, hoping it wasn't ruined. It isn't. I'm wearing it right now. For any of you who have or have had the opportunity to spend under $200 or over $2000 each, I highly recommend you give Banglijian a chance to allow you to hear once again. affordably. And don't give up too quickly. Keep trying to figure it out. let Customer Service help you! Kaven is wonderfully helpful! Loyal to his customers and his company. I'm so glad I chose Banglijian ZIV-201 and I continue to recommend this product to anyone who will listen.
