Soft close but not the smooth opening and close expected
Not the best install instructions. Drawers slide ok (nice and smooth) but lubricant is thick and you have to pull or really push to get them to close. Maybe they will start opening and closing easier after a while but right now the wife isn't sold. Soft close is nice and works well.
