This was a replacement for my original mirror that the bus crashed into my lane. I was able to replace both mirrors for less than a dealer replacement (for one mirror). These mirrors were easy to install, connect and worked straight away. The hardest part was removing the door panels, and even that was easy. The bottom light turns on when the lights are on, the mirror motors are quiet and smooth, and the turn signals are bright. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the lack of instructions. It would be nice to have the recommended specs, although easy to install (3 screws). I wasn't sure how tight the screws were, I think I might have overtightened them, but I'm not sure.
