I am writing this to improve the ratings on this cold air intake for the 2.5 Fusions. I was hesitant to buy it because of the price and the tons of reviews that said you can't upgrade the 2.5L due to its 'non-upgradeable' engine. (My 2017 Fusion 2.5L model) This inlet was incredibly easy to install (30 minutes) and definitely worth the money. First, there isn't a significant increase in power, but you can definitely feel the increase in throttle response, which makes a noticeable difference. Second, your engine will sound MUCH better in the cab. I was really surprised when I heard how much louder it got after installation. I understand the reluctance to buy this due to the price and possibly negative reviews, but I highly recommend it if you're looking for a little more pizzazz and a deeper engine sound in the car. - Easy to install, improved throttle response, deeper engine sound -
