The way it allows us to easily track our users' engagement with certain elements of our application.The ability to set different levels for each user. This helps in being able to give access only to those who need it without having to create multiple groups or accounts. It would be great if we could have custom labels instead of just choosing from predefined ones, but this isn't that big of an issue. We're solving the problem of giving people access to information they are allowed to see depending on their role within our organization.
