It can be a skill but even when I was new I couldn't get the ink where I needed it. Since it's thick I never expected to be able to use it with a pen, but even with small brushes the thickness makes it impossible to do the fine detail people buy it for. There's no point in diluting it with water as the appeal lies in its opacity. I think if you see it's the best white, so dilute it to a good consistency and it's still white, you might say so. And that's the only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of one. I can't even use it, but it also doesn't say it's exactly for anything. It's not his fault he's thick white paint as advertised. It's my fault I can't use it. But I still think the star is well deserved given the general consumer use of such a product. You can't blame him, but he can definitely be classified. And it's the only one in its category that I can't use for my apps at all.
