Not used as a consumer HDMI video monitor

I think almost everything has been written about this monitor other than its usability as a TV or video monitor. Although (too) often stated otherwise, this is not 1920x1080, but 1080x1920. Is it important? Yes, unfortunately! For example camcorders, televisions,. There is no configuration file to change the output orientation. So in those cases, the ad is just garbage. Until recently, the Waveshare wiki showed incorrect information.

When used as a computer monitor, Windows 10/8.1/8/7 supports five-point touch and no drivers
