Buttons sometimes do not respond!
It worked right away with no packaging and looks just like the original factory remote. There's a kind of sharp surface around the edges of the perimeter, which is unusual for a remote control. At first I thought the buttons were hard to press. Thought they would soften after a little use. It has remained the same after more than months of use. The remote doesn't respond for a while, but most of the time it does! Now we're getting used to it.
