I'm not the first reviewer to mention this but "Jagged Edge" touted as a feature is a huge design flaw and almost makes this product again totally useless. . Aside from the TERRIBLE blackboard nail noise it makes as it scratches the plastic of the litter box, it also prevents you from getting a clean scoop through the trash and bits from getting stuck to the bottom. Some models with smooth edges are actually functional products, but the design of the jagged model is so hilariously unsuitable that I won't risk it and will try another brand instead. This is, without exception, the worst cat litter scoop I have ever used. Actually, if this was the only cat litter scoop on the planet you could buy, I'd rather use my bare hands. Luckily there are other options, so I bought a crappy cheap plastic bottle from the dollar store to use instead. Seriously, don't buy this. If I could give zero stars I would.
