Traction released immediately; 3 times!

I bought a latch to replace the one on the bathroom door because the bar broke off. A few months later the request was canceled here. I emailed customer service and they sent me a free replacement. Then you know what? Traction on that block also came loose. Well there are three of them who couldn't get out the tiny pocket door in my half of the tub. Eventually I just threw in the towel and bought a train separately from the castle. The lock itself works perfectly. I recently checked out a friend's house and noticed that he had the same latch and pull combination on his bathroom pocket door. Guess what he's already been aborted.
